This year, we welcome the world-class expertise of Federico Moccia, awarded sommelier and Head Sommelier of Wine at the prestigious 67 Pall Mall London, alongside our distinguished wine curator Nikolaos Giannopoulos.

Together, we invite you to a journey through the world of Champagne, offering a rare opportunity to discover exceptional vintages and renowned estates.

About 67 Pall Mall 

Founded in 2015, 67 Pall Mall is a private members’ club created by wine lovers, for wine lovers. With an extraordinary cellar of over 5,000 wines from 42 countries, 1,000 of which are available by the glass, the Club has expanded from London to Verbier, Singapore, and Hong Kong, with new openings planned for Melbourne, Bordeaux, and Beaune.

Dom Pérignon Masterclass – Elissa Executive Lounge | 19:00–20:00 

Uncover the legacy of Dom Pérignon in a masterclass led by sommelier Federico Moccia and Nikolas Giannopoulos. A rare opportunity to taste and explore one of the most iconic champagnes in the world, discovering the elegance, structure, and complexity of its signature vintages.

Michelin-starred chef Alexandros Tsiotinis crafts a degustation menu in harmony with the refined character of Veuve Clicquot Champagne. Set within the relaxed elegance of Fourni, this evening promises a symphony of taste, aroma, and texture, guided by thoughtful pairings and exceptional storytelling.

Award-winning chef Thanos Stasinos presents a refined fusion of Japanese and Pan-Asian cuisine, inspired by the subtle effervescence of champagne. Paired with Veuve Clicquot, each dish captures the chef’s signature style: delicate, bold, and unexpectedly vibrant.
