Château Minuty has been a fixture in the Provençal wine landscape for nearly a century. From its acquisition to its revival by Gabriel Farnet in the 1930s, through years of vineyard restructuring and modernization, the estate bears witness to a history built on family commitment and mastery of agricultural and oenological practices.
