Bar Mastery is Ella Resorts’ monthly exploration of global cocktail culture, where the world’s most celebrated bar talents take over Sianna Bar for a curated evening of craft, creativity and conversation.
Each edition features an awarded bar manager from the UK, Europe or Greece, often from bars ranked among the 50 Best global, who brings their signature style and cocktail philosophy to the resort. Guests are invited to experience bespoke cocktail lists crafted specifically for the event, followed by masterclasses that reveal the technique, flavour layering and storytelling behind each drink. Bar Mastery is designed as a refined and immersive encounter for those who appreciate the artistry of cocktails, where every sip becomes a shared moment of discovery.
