Her approach blends mindful movement, breathwork, and embodied awareness, guiding students toward strength, vitality, and presence. Through retreats and workshops, she cultivates a space for self-discovery, balance, and holistic well-being.
Yoga instructor and psychologist, Persefoni Aiswarya Simeni embodies the Greek philosophy of "Ef Zin" – Living Well. Her teachings combine Hellenic wisdom, authentic yoga practices, and psychological insight, helping students explore their unique path to joy. Persefoni’s classes foster deep mind-body connection, self-awareness, and holistic well-being.
