A transformative three-day wellness experience designed to restore balance, recharge energy, and reconnect participants with inner peace. Through guided yoga sessions, meditationand sound healing, guests are invited into a serene space for mindfulness and holistic renewal.

A gentle retreat into presence, where movement, breath, and vibration guide us back to the quiet intelligence of the body. 

We begin each morning with a 30-minute meditation and breathwork practice, gradually deepening our awareness of breath, body, and inner stillness as the days unfold. From this quiet beginning, we move into a yoga practice that awakens strength, stability, and ease in the body, inviting mindful movement and steady presence. 

In the afternoon, we gather indoors for a sound-healing journey, where the resonant tones of singing bowls and therapeutic instruments guide the nervous system into deep rest. The vibrations move gently through the body, helping to release tension, restore energetic balance, and open space for renewal. 

Across the three days, the practices unfold as a gradual process of attunement—beginning with grounding and arrival, expanding into greater flow and awareness, and completing with a sense of harmony and integration. 

Through meditation, yoga, and sound, we create space to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with the natural rhythm within.
