Each week at Rocrita, this interactive wellness workshop invites guests to reconnect with nature and rediscover the joy of simple, mindful self-care, inspired by the richness of native Cretan herbs. Guests explore the resort’s herbal garden and surrounding landscape, harvesting fresh botanicals before continuing the experience in the spa, where these plants are blended with natural, local ingredients such as honey, olive oil, sea salt, and Greek yoghurt to create preservative-free skincare products, including masks and scrubs.
