Her approach blends mindful movement, breathwork, and embodied awareness, guiding students toward strength, vitality, and presence. Through retreats and workshops, she cultivates a space for self-discovery, balance, and holistic well-being.
Tai Chi master
Tai Chi master with 25 years of practice rooted in the traditions of Crete. Michalis has journeyed from owning a martial arts school to living off the grid, continuously evolving his art through teaching retreats and seminars. Committed to embodying Tai Chi’s virtues in daily life, he guides participants toward balance, fluidity, and mindful energy awareness.
