The following evening, Chef Thanos Stasinos introduces a more layered and unexpected expression, where Japanese technique and South American influences come together in a refined, contemporary composition.
Each menu is complemented by a curated wine pairing, designed from our wine director Nikolas Giannopoulos, to enhance the rhythm, structure and emotion of every course.
