This chapter brings to Fourni the Michelin-starred expression of Pavlos Kyriakis, a chef whose culinary language is defined by restraint, clarity and a refined contemporary reading of Greek cuisine. For one evening only, his presence at Ella Elissa lends the series a rare sense of occasion. Precise, thoughtful, and quietly exceptional.
The evening opens with a Champagne masterclass, setting the tone for what follows through the unmistakable character of Moët & Chandon. Founded in 1743, the Maison has come to define a timeless expression of Champagne, shaped by elegance, consistency and an enduring spirit of celebration. Guiding this experience is Nikolas Giannopoulos, Wine Director of Ella Resorts, together with guest sommelier Mikk Parre, one of the most respected names in the international wine world.
