THANOS STASINOS
Known for his expertise in Peruvian-Japanese Nikkei cuisine, chef Thanos Stasinos trained at Pakta with the Adrià brothers and held senior roles at Ritz-Carlton hotels in Valencia and Cannes. He has also led renowned restaurants in Athens and Mykonos, and has extensive culinary experience from his time in Peru. His philosophy centres on exceptional ingredients, simplicity and precise technique.
