THE EXPERIENCE

Ella Alkyna welcomes chef Alex Tsiotinis, Michelin-starred and celebrated for his refined, contemporary interpretation of Greek cuisine.
Guided by precision, seasonality and an ingredient-first philosophy, his culinary language finds its natural counterpart in an evening devoted to authenticity, craftsmanship and sense of place.

The experience begins with a wine masterclass at Nafs, restaurant, introducing the philosophy of KITRVS Winery.
KITRVS approaches wine as a living expression of nature, history and human connection. Every bottle reflects a commitment to thoughtful cultivation, respect for the land and the belief that wine is created not only through technique, but through patience, responsibility and purpose.

As the evening unfolds at Nafs restaurant, cuisine and wine move effortlessly together.
Chef Alex Tsiotinis’ menu embraces clarity, balance and the finest seasonal ingredients. The menu, perfect paired with the wines of KITRVS winery, reveals elegance, texture and depth.
Together they create a dialogue between gastronomy and terroir, where every course celebrates the character of the Mediterranean landscape.

THE SETTING

The evening begins by the pool, where the first encounter with KITRVS wines is framed by the soft light of the Ionian sunset. An intimate introduction that gradually unfolds into a deeper exploration of flavour, philosophy and place.

At Nafs restaurant, the experience reaches its fullest expression. Overlooking the Ionian Sea, each course is served against an ever-changing horizon, where sea, sky and light become part of the narrative, creating an atmosphere that feels both timeless and quietly extraordinary.
